Camping Gear X Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Camping Gear X. We are committed to getting your gear packed and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1- 2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page or website banner.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Camping Gear X is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Events outside our control

Delivery estimates begin once the package has been shipped, not when the order is placed.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout when available.


International Shipping

Camping Gear X proudly ships internationally to many countries.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges collected at checkout.

Camping Gear X is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at help@campinggearx.com to request an address update.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist when possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific locations due to local laws, carrier limitations, hazardous material regulations, or product availability.

Camping Gear X reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or reasonably be shipped.


Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Approved cancellations or order changes may be subject to processing or restocking fees.
